Diaper Backpack with Laptop Sleeve

I was so excited about this diaper bag (in the brown Hazelnut color). The pockets are super practical and I’m glad I went with the larger size for when I need to bring a small cooler for bottles or other bulky things like a picnic blanket. However, the fabric seems super prone to stains and marks. I’ve only used it a handful of times and it already has a few prominent stains that I need to attack with my stain remover to see if I can eliminate them. Maybe the black would be better? I wish the outside was made from a fabric more like the Luka bags which is very wipeable.

I barely got this bag unboxed and had to hop on here to post a review ASAP. The Hazelnut color of this bag is gorgeous and it perfectly matches the Mushie pacifier holder I have. With our first baby on the way, I searched high and low for a diaper bag. I first purchased another brand’s parent backpack and was disappointed in the zipper quality among other things. I decided I would demote that to my “back up bag” and purchase Calpak’s. I AM SO GLAD I DID! This bag is lightweight, even when packed full. It has pockets in all the right places (one for laptop, one for phone/wallet/keys, insulated bottle compartments, easy to access zippered pockets for toys or small books, etc.). I also love the magnetic flip closure and the fact that the straps are long enough to accommodate my 6’ 6” tall husband and my plus size frame. My only regret is not purchasing it sooner!

Honestly felt so guilty spending so much on a diaper bag. Butttt, it was totally worth it. I have bought 2 diaper bags in the past between $40-$80 range and they did the job but always felt bulky and so unorganized no matter what I did. This one though is amazing!! It truly is so spacious and has so many pockets which I love. The best part is it really does not feel heavy when you start filling it. It’s like the weight distribution is so perfect. I am in love and the material is great because it is so easy to clean. I will be due with baby #2 in June and my oldest will be 2 years and 2 months and she is still wearing diapers. I wanted a more spacious bag to hold clothes & diapers for both girls. This bag is worth every penny. So far I have filled it with 6-7 pull up diapers for short outings, extra change of clothes, wipes, butt paste, mini baby powder bottle, changing mat, 14 oz water bottle, snacks, sticker book, and a water coloring book for my daughter. Everything fits perfectly!
